The New Zealand wool industry has been languishing for years, with buying prices low, cheap synthetic materials taking old customers, and farmers in a state of despondency.
But just this week, some international tariffs have been lifted from New Zealand wool, and a new education programme on wool dynamics has been announced for both primary-aged children and university design schools.
